1. Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of services under the following conditions:

• Cancellation must be requested in writing via email.

• If the project has not yet started, a partial or full refund may be considered.

• Once the project has started, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on work completed.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are handled as follows:

✅ Eligible for Refund:

• If payment was made but the project has not been initiated.

• Duplicate payments made accidentally.

❌ Not Eligible for Refund:

• Once project work has started or completed.

• For SEO, social media marketing, or advertising campaigns already executed.

• For domain registration, hosting, third-party tools, or software subscriptions.

• Change of mind after project approval.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days.

3. Advance Payments

• A non-refundable advance may be required before starting any project.

• This advance covers initial research, planning, and resource allocation.

4. Project Delays

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:

• Lack of client communication

• Delay in content/material submission

• Changes in project scope after approval

5. Subscription & Monthly Services

For monthly services (SEO, social media marketing, etc.):

• Cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

• No refunds will be issued for the current active billing period.

6. Force Majeure

AshyoTech shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, technical outages, government restrictions, etc.).
